Also known as the Interlopers Of Social Affairs (IOSA), [IOSA] is a counter-terrorist intelligence service originally formed under [OVERSEER] [NEMESIS XI] for the [MARTIAN OVERSEER ALLIANCE].
Often serving as a mediator for (social affairs), more often than not, the enforcement of customs set by the [MARTIAN OVERSEER ALLIANCE] within the sector of an [OVERSEER] within it.
Due to this, the organization holds special access to the creation and manufacturing of resources required to fuel their purpose, enabling them to access among their higher ranks equipment along the cutting edge of technology, close to that which the [OVERSEERS] utilize themselves.
For these reasons, IOSA is structured to be much less akin to a paramilitary following the will of the sector's [OVERSEER], and moreso a direct extension of an [OVERSEER]'s will, akin to that of [ADMINISTRATORS].
IOSA agents are to be considered below you in ranking and a whitelisted party to communicate with, as they are required to fulfill your orders.
